Orders and Shipping
We at Brave little you wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, whenever you shop at bravelittleyou.com you have the opportunity to return the goods within 14 days. Our only condition is that the goods will be returned in original condition and that means not being worn or used. The return should include the original packaging and brand labels. When returning a package, you are responsible for the return postage and can choose the postal service you prefer. Please clearly state your order number and contact details so we can trace your order accurately.
If an item is faulty or wrongly delivered, we will of course pay for the return postage. Please send us an email and we will instruct you how to return the packages from there. Note that it is the customer who is responsible for ensuring the goods are returned in the same condition as when leaving bravelittleyou.com If you paid using a credit card the refund will go onto the same card.
Unclaimed Packages
Please note that a charge of 200 SEK will be made for all unclaimed packages. This is the handling cost for us.
To return your product, you should post your product to: Brave Little You, Regeringsgatan 70A, 111 39 Stockholm
In case of a dispute we will follow Allmänna Reklamationsnämndens recommendations.
Returns and Exchanges
Currently, your order will be shipped within two working days. Any changes to handling and shipping times will be shown here.
For Europe, we use PostNord Varubrev for our deliveries (or if that is not available for your country we use UPS). For worldwide deliveries, we use UPS or FedEx depending which offers the best and quickest service to your country.
For deliveries in Sweden, you’ll usually receive your packages within 3 days of receiving your shipping notice. For all other countries’ deliveries should be made within 4-14 days depending on how quick your postal service and customs is.
PLEASE NOTE DUE TO THE COVID-19 SITUATION WE ARE SEEING DELAYS WITH UP TO 2 WEEKS ON TRANSPORTATION.
For Sweden free shipping over 500 sek!
For the rest of Europe the cost is 129 SEK
For the rest of the world the rate is 199 SEK.
Customs & import charges
Please note that orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
